Ordering & Payment

We cannot make changes to order details (shipping address) once the order has been placed. We can cancel your order, but the time frame to complete this is tight! Orders can only be canceled if they have not entered the order processing time line, or if they already have been picked up and are in transit. We never want our customers to cancel orders, but understand people can change their minds. See our complete Return Process here.

Don’t worry, you’ll get what you paid for! Payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your order within our inventory. Once payment is processed on our end, your order begins to process in our facility and will be shipped shortly after.

Absolutely! Please order the desired chair through our website, and fill out our Customer Service Request form with your order number and tax exemption certificate. We will then reach out to our accounting department to get the tax amount refunded back to your method of payment, which can take 3-5 business days.

Shipping & Returns

Most of the year we ship in-stock items within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. During promotions or high-volume times this processing time may increase. For the most up to date shipping times please check the tracking number of your order.

Sometimes we sellout of certain product. People have great taste! In the event the product you ordered is on back-order, our customer service team will contact you and let you know inventory lead times. While we know this is not ideal, but we promise it will be worth the wait!

Good question! Two-day shipping does not mean you will get your order in two days. The two-day shipping option references the transit time through FedEx once the order has been processed and left our facilities. Please take into account an additional 3-5 business days for order processing.

Right now, we ship within the United States and to Canada. We're working on getting more stamps in our passport to serve our global fans!

Warranty

Yikes! We do not like to hear that, but we know things happen. Our chairs have a 15-Year Limited Warranty. Depending upon the level of damage, we can help you get a new chair or a replacement part. Check out our Warranty Policy to see what options you have.

Repairs & Care

Don’t fret – it is easy to clean Mavix chairs. Regardless of the fabric type of your chair, we recommend using warm water, soap, and a light cloth to wipe off any spills or dirt that is on your chair. Gently rub the affected area and dry with a dry cloth or paper towel. Viola! Your chair is clean and back to new. Please do not use chemical cleaning products such as bleach. This can harm your fabric, versus cleaning it.

General wear and tear on a chair can happen. It doesn’t mean your chair is broken; it means it just may need a tune-up.

  • Squeaking. Use Food Grade Silicone on the areas that seem to be squeaking.
  • Loose parts. Use a tool to tighten all visible screws.
  • Tight parts. Use Food Grade Silicone on the affected areas to see if it loosens. Also try warming the area with a hairdryer – sometimes cold temperatures can lock parts in place.
  • Elemax one or more settings don’t work. Please let your unit fully run down, and then fully charge the unit back up before use. Please do not use the unit while charging.

If these tips still don’t work, review our Warranty Policy and see if your chair qualifies for a replacement part.
